Common questions
How is the match score calculated?
75% skill fit (your level against the required level, weighted by importance), 15% industry experience and 10% practicalities like start date, contract type, work mode and country. Candidates who miss a must-have by more than one level, or who aren't based in or open to the role's country, aren't ranked for that role.
Can candidates just overrate themselves?
Self-rated skills count at 85%. Short knowledge checks mark a skill as assessed so it counts fully, and employers can endorse skills they've seen in real work. You always see which is which.
Is an AI deciding who gets hired?
No. The score is a transparent formula over skills, industry years and stated preferences. It orders candidates; it never rejects anyone. A person makes every decision.
Which languages and locations are supported?
English, Hungarian, German, French, Polish, Slovak and Spanish. Roles can be remote, hybrid or on-site in any EU country, and candidates choose which countries they'd work in.
